Postdoc positions

Currently, we do not have fully-funded postdoc position available.

We do have possibility to support international candidates for externally funded positions, such as Marie Curie, EMBO, or HFSP fellowships. We encourage applicants with a (co)-first author publication in a relevant field, to contact us 1-year in advance if they are interested in applying for such funding with our support.

PhD Position

We currently do not have an open PhD position available.

We are always excited to hear from exceptional candidates. If you are looking for a PhD at the intersection of genomics and computational biology, feel free to reach out to Vivek 6-12 months in advance, so we can consider you for any upcoming opportunity.

Internships

For students enrolled in a EU/Dutch university master’s program, we have possible spots for an internship/thesis project available every 4-6 months in our lab. Please look at our internships page for more information.
