We are looking for an experimental postdoc with strong expertise in molecular biology, who will lead the data-driven, single-cell genomics projects within our team. If you have experience in experimental genomics, along with interest in method development and problem-solving mindset, this position might be for you. You can lead your own project, complemented with strong bioinformatics support from our group, while also helping our collaborators adapt (single-cell) genomics into their projects.
We are looking for a bioinformatics researcher with a masters + additional experience working in genomics who will work on the data and software engineering projects in our group, along with providing support/training to our collaborators. We can offer you the opportunity to develop your own academic project, or additional training to prepare you for a transition to industry.

PhD Position

We currently do not have an open PhD position available. However, we are always excited to hear from interesting candidates. If you are looking for a PhD at the intersection of genomics and computational biology, feel free to reach out to Vivek 6-12 months in advance, so we can consider you for any upcoming position.
